Little Known Fact: How to Score FREE Zoo Tickets!

Recently a friend on Facebook revealed a little-known secret about how to score a FREE Family Pass to Zoo Atlanta. Of course, I was skeptical..... So, I figured I had nothing to lose and stopped in at my local public library. Sure enough, the secret is TRUE!

I am not sure if this is the case in every state, but for Zoo Atlanta, it is. Go to your local public library and ask to check out the DVD on Zoo Atlanta. The one in Loganville requires you to watch the DVD there in person at a computer station to ensure the DVD doesn't go missing.

After a short 20 minute video, the library attendant will present you with the pass!! The video is actually pretty interesting. Did you know that Zoo Atlanta started in 1889 when a traveling Circus went bankrupt while in town? Pretty Cool.

The pass is good for two adults and two children (about a $90 value!). Not too Shabby! So my husband and I decided to go for a mid-week day date:
