If anyone knows me well, he or she knows I am a very picky eater....

My husband says I eat like a 5 year old... Maybe it's true.

But lately, I have been more adventurous - - A brush with death will do that for you!

The answer is a Date!

Mom put a Pecan inside of a Medjool Date and swears it tastes like a low-fat version of Pecan Pie!
